The Glynwood Farm Estate has been on my wedding bucket list for y e a r s ever since I first started seeing photos pop up on Hudson Valley wedding planner Monica Relyea’s instagram. A beautiful antique stone farmhouse with sweeping views of the orchards and farm property in the heart of the Hudson Valley, this property has a mission of sustainability and environmental responsibility - something that is so important in the wedding industry, which can so often be a place of high volume and maximum disposability.

When Monica came to me with the opportunity to come on board and work with her couple to bring their elevated garden party vision to life, I was over the moon, and jumped at the chance to be a part of such an incredible team of vendors.

It was a perfect early summer day, with abundant sunshine and a cool breeze. The couple spoke their vows in front of their closest friends and family in the stone amphitheater in the high garden.

Following their nuptials, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres were served in the shade of the sunken garden before being ushered into the sailcloth tent to enjoy a meal under twinkling lights.
